JT Properties Solutions Ltd was incorporated in June 2026 (Companies House no. 17282954). We set up the business because many people find energy grants, EPC rules and heating upgrades confusing, and are often given promises that do not hold up.
Our job is to make the process clear: we help you check what you may be eligible for, explain your options in plain English, and arrange the work with qualified installers.
